Does DFW Tree Solution accept Credit Cards?
Yes. We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, Venmo and of course.....CASH!!
Is DFW Tree Solution insured against any damage that might happen to my property?
Yes. We are fully insured.
Do you offer online quotes?
No. Each job is different and has different variables besides the removal of the tree so we offer a free consultation where one of our trained estimators will come out and review the job with you. We strive to provide the best tree service possible and we love meeting our customers.
Do I need to be home when the tree service is performed?
No. Once the consultation is complete and the work is scheduled we can perform the work at any time. If arrangements need to be made to gain access to your yard we will schedule that with you accordingly. If you are not present during the work we will follow up with you to make sure the work has been performed to your satisfaction.
Is stump removal included with tree removal?
We quote the job as a whole so if you request the stump be removed after removing a tree it will be included in the quote.
Do you offer financing?
We don't offer traditional financing but we will work with the customer to setup an in house payment plan to fit your needs.
